2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase subscriptions or enter into binding agreements through iptvx.website. By submitting an order, you represent that you possess legal authority to agree to these Terms.
3. Orders & Activation
All subscription orders are subject to acceptance and verification. Technical service parameters (such as portal addresses, playlist links, and authentication details) are delivered electronically to the customer’s designated email address following successful payment processing.
4. Payments & Billing
Prices for services are clearly displayed on our Pricing page in the applicable currency. Payments are processed via encrypted third-party payment gateways. Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment details. No undisclosed activation or hidden recurring fees apply.
5. Subscription Duration & Renewal
Subscriptions remain active for the specific term purchased (3, 6, or 12 months). Upon the conclusion of the prepaid duration, access ceases automatically unless the customer chooses to renew. We do not engage in unauthorized auto-recurring charges without explicit affirmative consent.
6. Acceptable Use
Subscribers agree to use the service strictly for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not re-broadcast, restream, redistribute, resell, or publicly exhibit any streams obtained through IPTVX. Connection limits (one active stream per subscription unless additional connections are purchased) must be respected.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for ensuring compatible hardware and sufficient broadband speed. Any activity conducted under your credentials remains your responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, graphics, website interfaces, and documentation appearing on iptvx.website are the property of IPTVX or respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms conveys ownership rights to the subscriber.
9. Termination
IPTVX reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access without liability in the event of documented fraudulent activity, violation of connection limits, restreaming abuse, or breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted transmission. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTVX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet network disruptions or third-party device incompatibilities.
