Supported hardware includes Smart TVs (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS), Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), Android mobile phones and tablets, and Windows and Mac computers.
Orders are processed through automated billing gateways. Setup parameters are dispatched via email directly to the customer after order completion.
Setup & Configuration
Visit our Setup Guides page and select your specific device. Each guide lists compatible applications available in your device’s official application store with step-by-step installation instructions.
Your setup credentials, including server URL, username, password, or playlist links, are sent to the email address entered during checkout. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if not received within 15 minutes.
Double-check for typographical errors in the portal URL, username, or key. Verify that your device has active internet access. If issues persist, reach out to our team via our Contact Page for direct assistance.
Subscription & Renewals
We provide flexible plans based on your screen count: 1 TV (from $36), 2 TVs (from $59), and 3 TVs (from $89), available in 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year durations. Check the Pricing page for details.
Yes. Subscriptions can be renewed manually before or upon expiration without losing your existing playlist configurations.
Once a term expires without renewal, active streaming access ceases automatically. You are not locked into recurring auto-bills without your explicit consent.
We outline eligibility criteria, timeframe requirements, and dispute steps in our formal Refund Policy. Please read it prior to purchasing.
Technical & Performance
A steady connection of at least 15 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming, and 30+ Mbps for 4K video playback. For best results on television devices, a wired Ethernet connection or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi band is recommended.
First, restart your home router and streaming application. Check whether other bandwidth-heavy downloads are running on your local network. You can also switch media player decoder engines (e.g. Hardware vs Software) inside your player settings.
