1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines mandatory rules for accessing and using streaming feeds, server clusters, websites, and APIs provided by IPTVX. All subscribers and trial users must comply with this policy.
2. Strictly Prohibited Uses
You may not engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:
- Re-streaming & Commercial Re-broadcast: Capturing, decoding, re-encoding, relaying, restreaming, or redistributing our streaming output to third parties, commercial establishments, or public networks.
- Reselling & Sublicensing: Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, or leasing individual subscription lines without an executed authorized commercial distributor agreement.
- Unlawful Content Exploitation: Utilizing the service for any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Infringing Intellectual Property: Circumventing digital rights management (DRM), anti-piracy mechanisms, or copyright enforcement technologies.
3. Connection Concurrency & Credential Sharing
Each subscription is calibrated for single-connection access (1 active device stream at any moment) unless explicitly purchased as a multi-room or multi-stream bundle. You may not publish your playlist credentials publicly or share them across external households. Exceeding stream limits triggers automated connection throttling.
4. Platform Security & System Integrity
Users must not interfere with the proper functioning of iptvx.website or our media delivery servers:
- Attempting unauthorized access to administrative portals, underlying database servers, or neighboring subscriber streams.
- Conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or packet alteration.
- Deploying automated scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting bots against our channel directories.
- Probing, scanning, or vulnerability-testing our systems without prior authorization.
5. Monitoring, Investigation & Termination
IPTVX monitors aggregate traffic metrics and connection logs to enforce these standards. In the event of a verified violation of this AUP, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke access without prior notice and without refund eligibility.
