Smart TV Setup Guide
This guide outlines how to configure your IPTVX streaming subscription on compatible Smart TVs, including Samsung (Tizen OS) and LG (webOS). Follow each step carefully using your TV remote.
- Ensure your Smart TV is connected to a stable high-speed Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connection.
- Have your IPTVX subscription credentials (provided via your confirmation email or WhatsApp message) ready.
- Confirm your TV application store (Samsung App Store or LG Content Store) is accessible.
Configuration Steps
Open Your TV App Store
Using your TV remote, press the Home button and navigate to your TV official application store (Samsung Apps on Tizen, or LG Content Store on webOS).
Install a Recommended Media Player
In the search bar, search for a compatible media player application recommended by your service representative, and select "Install" or "Download".
Launch the App and Enter Your Credentials
Open the installed application. On the initial setup screen, choose to add your playlist or login credentials. Enter your [Service URL / Server Address], [Username], and [Password] exactly as provided.
Load Content & Confirm Playback
Select "Connect" or "Save". Allow the application 1-2 minutes to synchronize your playlist data. Once complete, browse your channel categories to confirm clear playback.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
App shows "Authorization Failed" or "Invalid Details"
Double-check character capitalization, numbers, and symbols in your username and password. Ensure there are no accidental spaces before or after your entries.
Buffering or slow playlist loading
Restart your home Wi-Fi router and your Smart TV. If possible, test with a wired Ethernet cable directly from your router to the TV for optimum throughput.
App is not found in the TV store
Some older TV models may have restricted app stores. Contact our WhatsApp support team with your exact TV model number to receive alternative setup methods.
