1. Permitted Personal Use

IPTVX services are licensed strictly for the individual personal viewing use of the authorized subscriber on supported domestic devices.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, or commercially redistributing subscription credentials.
• Attempting to capture, re-stream, re-encode, or publicly broadcast streams in public venues or commercial establishments.
• Utilizing automated scrapers, web crawlers, or load-testing tools against our service endpoints.
• Exceeding the permitted number of concurrent connections associated with your subscription plan tier.
• Attempting to circumvent server rate limits or reverse-engineer API authentication tokens.

3. Enforcement & Termination

Violation of this policy degrades service stability for other subscribers. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or throttle accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without liability or refund.
