Because digital streaming setup issues are commonly caused by incorrect player configuration, DNS routing delays, or Wi-Fi interference, we request that customers contact our technical support on WhatsApp or Email before requesting a refund so we can assist in diagnosing the problem.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

If our technical team is unable to resolve a verified server-side delivery issue preventing you from accessing your subscription within 7 days of initial activation, you are eligible to request a proportional refund.
